We do infomercials and marketing services including product marketing or marketing and advertising.
I found this site by accident, but I'm glad I did. Tv commercials or television commercials also.
Television advertising of tv products is advertising or direct response advertising at its best.
I have been using the Internet for several years and so many sites are confusing, but not yours.
Direct response marketing of direct response products is marketing and media buying from ad agency.
Thanks for the chance to sign your guestbook. It's nice to see how many people stopped by and posted a message. Advertising company or advertising firm business offers media planning and Tv advertising.
Thank you, I'll be back!

Just to let you know that the entries from mugus or mugu guymen from Nigeria in this guest book indicate that all the e-mail addresses are now in the hands of 419 scammers from countries in West Africa. They're putting these warnings so that other 419 scammers would not harvest the e-mails here. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PUTTING IN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IN GUEST BOOKS. If you need to contact the owner(s) of this website, e-mail him/her/them directly. 419 scams are those advanced fee e-mails that you will receive promising you of untold fortunes from wives/sons/accountants/lawyers of dead dictators from Nigeria/Ivory Coast/South Africa/Angola/Namibia and other countries. Beware of these scams. These mugus are the scum of the Internet. Please go to fraudaid.com or scamorama.com for more information. I arrived here through a Google search of guyman nigeria. Try it and you will find out that they are all over guestbooks to stake their claim.

hallo all the members of the WFB,
I play first euphonium in the Brassband CRESCENDO from Steenwijk in Holland.
I was searching on the web for more information about The Young Ambassadors Brassband, conducted by Frank Wolff. He is a Dutchman and in the past he gave a concert in Steenwijk. A few times a year we call each other.
But....my question is: is there music written for Brassband with concert-organ? I hope I give the good name for such an organ.
In Steenwijk we rebuilt an origanal concert/cinema organ and we want to give a concert together.
If someone knows about, please mail me.
By the way, what a perfect website you made.

kind regards,
hajo van der helm.

My sister and I enjoyed the concert with the Honley Male Voice Choir at Huddersfield Town Hall very much. My dad should have been there - he was a Honley MVC supporter - but he died a few months ago. We think he would have loved this concert as he was a great brass band fan.So are we! All the best for 2003.

Firstly, a belated congratulations on your fine win at the National. I was there and it was a terrific performance.

Main reason for writing is to set the record straight (in case you don't know) as to why Nick (my son)was forced to let you down at short notice for the concert in Poole on 7/12/02. He had an agreement with his band (Flowers), made several weeks previously, to be absent from their engagement on that night so that he could play with Faireys. He was really looking forward to playing with his dad's old band and getting quite excited about it. Much nearer the time Flowers changed their mind and blackmailed him into playing at their gig - something along the lines of "if you don't play at our engagement we'll take it that you have resigned from the band". Naturally, Nick is very embarrased to have let you down but, under the circumstances, he didnt have a choice. I trust that someone from Flowers had the decency to let you know, since it was they who caused the problem. Nick certainly asked them to.

He's still hoping to come to Manchester University in Sept 2003 and play with you then, as long as there's a vacancy. He was just a bit worried that, having been forced to drop out of the Poole concert it might have blotted his copybook with Faireys. That's why I wanted to set the record straight - because I know he probably wouldn't do it for himself.

Best wishes to all former friends and colleagues from Faireys.

I am a collector of as many Faireys cd's as possible and i was wondering if and how i could get hold of a winning performance cd? The copy is for a chap who is leaving the company where I work and we would like to buy him a copy as this is 'his hearts desire' (he has the studio version already). I have spoken to Rodney Newton who doesn't hold out much hope. If anyone has a copy that they would like to sell, please would you contact me by any of the means below.

I have got an ancient (1986) cassette called Golden Jubilee.
On it there is a track by Derek Bourgeois called serenade which I love. Would like to have it on CD. Does anyone know if it has been recorded since then? It is such a cracking tune - composed by Derek for his wife to walk down the aisle to.I would love to hear it on classic FM and the williams fairey band do a great job!

I'm an ex pat now living in Japan. There are brass bands but not of the same quality of those in England.
I like your site.
Just a quick question. Does anyone know of a piece called 'Cross of Honour' and if so, by whom was it written?
Best wishes,

Just a quick message to say well done. Was at your concert at the winding wheel theatre in Chesterfield and really enjoyed the playing!! The tempi of "Carnival Overture" and "Finale from Tchaik 4" were absolutely spot on and this meant the performance was just scintilating!!! I was especially impressed with the new bass section. The Bb basses sounded awesome and really well tuned. Keep up the good work!

Hi all. Just a message for Owen Farr! I dont know if you will remember me but you came to do training for the tenor horns at Stockport Schools brass band. Thank you so much for your imput. You really made a great deal of difference in the horn section and it all added to our overall result of coming 2nd at Salford youth championships!
(Thanks to everybody else who helped train the band)
We had such a great (but tiring) day! hehehehehe.
Hope to see you another time.

My name is Edmund Marco and it's a pleasure to sign your guest book. I work for an advertising agency in London. Our agency represents direct marketing companies that are involved in the marketing of products as seen on TV in England. Most of the infomercial products come from the U.S. but then again we export our talents as well. My brother has appeared in infomercials in the U.S. advertising various products. I think it's hilarious that English people respond so well to American products while Americans tend to respond well to sales people who have an English accent! none.

New Online Brassband Discussion Forum:

After several searches on the internet I could not find an easy to use Forum. I'm aware of a mailing list, but this is very annoying because of the mass e-mail in my inbox.

Because of this I have setup a very easy to use Forum board:

The main language is ENGLISH.

It's located on a very FAST server whithout any commercial or pop-ups.

At this time nobody is aware of the forum.

I need help to increase the community. Please visit the forum and start a discussion or make a reply. It's FREE...

You can help me a lot by passing this e-mail trough to your band members! Or print a copy for your bandroom.

I also need moderators when it starts to get busy.
If you are interested, drop me an e-mail: info@brassbandvalerius.nl

I have been offered a copy of the original 'Acid Brass' CD (Blast First BFFP137CD) which features live recordings. Could anyone please advise as to what extent this CD differs from the later, standard 'Acid Brass' CD.
Track listings, etc. would be most welcome. Thank you.

I am doing some research into my family history and believe that my Great Aunt's son played in the band for quite a number of years. His name was Harry Metcalfe, was married to Clara and lived in Stalybridge. Does anyone know how I could get further information/photograph please?

Thanks for the excellent concert at the Wyvern Theatre on Saturday night, thoroughly enjoyed it!
Particular highlights for me were Morgan Griffiths' performance of Facilita (not just the playing but the way he smiled all the way through it!) and the powerful playing in Riverdance by Kevin Crockford.

Hope you had a good weekend down here in Wiltshire!
Sorry there weren't more in the audience to enjoy the evening but the reception you had must have proved to you how much it was appreciated!!
Clare Smith
P.S. My husband and some other members of the Aldbourne band thoroughly enjoyed the band's company in the pub and the curry house after the concert.
